I’ll share why the opinions of others still matter to me but but really shouldn't, what I’m doing to tackle my own subconscious dark thoughts, and how I’m working through the unending pile of laundry that just never goes away (please excuse the brown chair that never gets sit on.)

Plus, I’ll be sharing something exciting—throughout October, I’ll be creating daily YouTube Shorts in a new series I’m calling Talk-Tober with Jess Hover!
